Winston A. Denmark has been practicing law for ten years. After starting his career with Troutman & Sanders, he spent two and a half years as a DeKalb County and East Point City attorney. He is known for creative solutions to complex litigation matters. He has a successful track record in both state and federal courts. Winston is also known for excellent day-to-day legal advice given to his diverse body of clients. Winston has one of the best “bed side manners” of any attorney in the Metro Atlanta area. When you have Winston as your attorney, you will be comfortable with him at your side. He knows how to make clients understand “legalese” so he can work with his clients to solve their problems.

His special areas of practice include civil litigation, employment and discrimination under the EEOC, police false arrest and excessive force, liquor licensing, adult entertainment, land use and planning, zoning, construction law, local government law, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. Winston received his J.D. from Indiana University and his B.A. from South Carolina State University, cum laude. He is active in the community, participating in the Southern Regional Hospital Foundation Board, the Clayton Youth Leadership Board, the Clayton Chamber of Commerce, and the Arnold Foundation Professional Club. He is the proud father of three.
